All content, trademarks (“Universal Film Horizon”, “UFH”), logos, software, prediction algorithms, and databases are owned by Universal Film Horizon Ltd or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding any claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- No liability for force majeure, third-party data errors, or market manipulation.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales
Dispute Resolution:
- Informal negotiation (30 days)
- Mediation in London
- Binding arbitration under LCIA rules (London seat)
- Class action waiver – all disputes resolved individually
8. Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
